1. Taraflar ve Kabul
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Quit Gamble mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı") ile Uygulama'nın sahibi ("Biz") arasında geçerlidir. Uygulama'yı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulama'yı kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmetin Tanımı
Quit Gamble, kumar alışkanlığını bırakma sürecinde ilerleme takibi, finansal analiz, nefes egzersizleri, topluluk desteği ve yapay zekâ destekli sohbet gibi araçlar sunan bir öz-yardım uygulamasıdır.
3. Tıbbi Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulama tıbbi bir hizmet değildir. Uygulama'daki hiçbir içerik — yapay zekâ sohbeti dâhil — psikolojik, psikiyatrik veya tıbbi teşhis, tedavi ya da profesyonel danışmanlık yerine geçmez. Yapay zekâ asistanı bir insan terapist değildir ve yanıtları hatalı veya eksik olabilir. Kumar bağımlılığı ciddi bir sağlık sorunudur; profesyonel destek için bir uzmana veya YEDAM (115) gibi resmî yardım hatlarına başvurunuz. Kendinize zarar verme riski taşıyorsanız derhâl 112 acil servisi arayınız.
4. Yaş Sınırı
Uygulama yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz Uygulama'yı kullanamazsınız.
5. Abonelikler ve Ödeme
(a) Premium özellikler, otomatik yenilenen abonelikle sunulur (aylık veya yıllık).
(b) Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte Apple kimliğinize (App Store hesabınıza) yansıtılır.
(c) Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
(d) Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
(e) Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
(f) İadeler Apple'ın iade politikasına tabidir ve Apple üzerinden talep edilir.
6. Topluluk Kuralları
Topluluk alanında paylaştığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hakaret, nefret söylemi, kişisel veri ifşası, kumar reklamı/teşviki, yasa dışı içerik ve istenmeyen ticari içerik yasaktır. Bu kurallara aykırı içerikleri önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın kaldırma ve ilgili hesapların erişimini kısıtlama hakkımız saklıdır.
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama'nın tasarımı, logosu, metinleri ve yazılımı dâhil tüm unsurları bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Kullanıcılara yalnızca kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım lisansı tanınır.
8. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Uygulama'nın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez ve Uygulama'nın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Finansal hesaplamalar (tasarruf tahminleri vb.) bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve mali danışmanlık değildir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm Uygulama içinde yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde makul bir bildirim yapılır. Değişiklik sonrası kullanım, güncel Koşulların kabulü anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Merkez) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply between the person using the Quit Gamble mobile application ("App") and the owner of the App ("We"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Quit Gamble is a self-help application offering tools such as progress tracking, financial analysis, breathing exercises, community support and AI-assisted chat for people working to stop gambling.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The App is not a medical service. No content in the App — including the AI chat — is a substitute for psychological, psychiatric or medical diagnosis, treatment or professional counselling. The AI assistant is not a human therapist and its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Gambling addiction is a serious health condition; please seek professional help or contact an official helpline. If you are at risk of harming yourself, call your local emergency number immediately.
4. Age Requirement
The App is intended solely for users aged 18 or older.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
(a) Premium features are offered via auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or yearly).
(b) Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store account) upon confirmation of purchase.
(c) The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
(d) You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
(e) Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
(f) Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and are requested through Apple.
6. Community Rules
You are responsible for the content you share in the community. Insults, hate speech, disclosure of personal data, gambling advertising or encouragement, illegal content and unsolicited commercial content are prohibited. We reserve the right to remove violating content and restrict related accounts without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All elements of the App, including its design, logo, texts and software, belong to us or our licensors. Users are granted only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the App. Financial calculations (savings estimates etc.) are for information only and do not constitute financial advice.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published within the App; reasonable notice is given for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Center) have jurisdiction over disputes.
